Departure and Arrived at USA

So, this is gonna be my first blog as a 'new comer'. lol. I kept thinking that i should have something to keep track a lil bit about my life especially here.

Well, the first thing that i'm gonna share start from my departured. Left palembang and indonesia apparently for a year and start a new life in this super power country, USA. July 27th, 2010 i left my city, palembang and had a orientation in jakarta right away a day after that day. I left my family, my friends and my girlfriend and everything there for sure. how was it feeling? Nothing i could say except a sadness. But that's a consequence which i realize that i'll face from what i did to applied for an exchange student. "life is a choice." I need a challenge that i should get in my life, no matter what. Now, i do. "don't limit your challenge but challenge your limit." Keep going cuz this chance probably won't come twice. Good bye y'all, good bye palembang then see y'all next year! :)

Last day at Palembang :(

Had an orientation was one of an activity that i did with others indonesian kids. Hilarious! That was just so unfathomable! Farewell party and LOC we did together. Cheerful, tears and all kinds of feelings we felt. Woke up earlier and slept late were part of this things but we were really enjoying it cuz we wanted give our best in our unforgettable farewell party. 5 days practiced for 20 minutes show. Seemed nothing, but that was fun though. And i could say that this moment was just the best part ever of this exchange program. Now we left Indonesia for a year and got ready for USA. It was so hard to do this but this life must go on. We flew through Indonesia - singapore - germany - washington dc, USA. It took about a day from Indonesia to USA. Had a fun trip with indonesian kids even we weren't complete 103 kids. And after a long trip and a sucks security check in we arrived at USA!! so excited.

Trip to USA :)

We went through to National 4 - H and had an orientation for a couple days with all of YES students. We did many kind of activities instance of : orientation, went to Indonesia embassy, shopping, monuments and etc. So much fun especially to met em' and shared a lil bit with em'. And i couldn't imagine how wonderful that place. They had some of rooms, auditoriums, playing zone, souvenirs store, cafetaria and exactly free wifi there! :) I was in a same room with one of my friends from indonesia and a kid from India. We were supposed to be there just for a couple days but that was just a bad luck for me cuz i was sick and stayed there for the next couple days with other "sick people." And i tell ya what, Indonesia had the most of it at that time. haha. There's always a good thing after a bad thing, i could say it was pretty fun to be part of em' and had more time to spent. hehe. We did some of cool activities there and went to our states then right away afterwards.
